The pandemic has impacted the transportation sector in many ways. As the pandemic receds and people reintegrate into public spaces, we explore what has been learned during this time. This workshop explored the role of design in reintegreation to transportation environments through a variety of lenses. The interactive workshop was led by a series of facilitators representing a broad spectrum of the transportation field.

Return to Public Spaces: Designing for Reintegration and the New Normal was the first ever arts-related workshop to ever be presented at the annual meeting of the Transportation Research Board (an industry convening that has been happening for over 100 years)
